Dungeon Quest Reborn Cosmetics: Crates, Gem Prices & Odds

Cosmetics in Dungeon Quest Reborn are purely visual and do not drop from dungeons. They come from crates bought with gems, plus a small VIP set. Gems are a separate currency from gold.
The three crates

Two things stand out:
- Only the Legendary crate can give a Legendary cosmetic, and it is a 15% roll. The Epic crate tops out at Epic.
- The Legendary crate also has no Uncommon outcome. Its floor is Rare, so on a gems-per-quality basis it is the best value even if you are not chasing Legendaries.
Expected cost of one Legendary cosmetic from the Legendary crate: about 6.7 crates on average, or roughly 67,000 gems. Budget accordingly before you start.
VIP cosmetics
The VIP gamepass unlocks its own set of VIP cosmetics along with a permanent 20% XP boost. Because gamepasses in this game are bought with gold and the price rises every ten levels, the VIP cosmetics are far cheaper at low level. See the VIP page for the price table.
Cosmetic tiers
Cosmetics come in Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary, and cover weapon skins and character effects. A community-maintained list of every individual cosmetic is still incomplete for Reborn, so this page tracks the acquisition system rather than an item-by-item catalogue. Items will be added as they are documented.
