Loot in Dungeon Quest Reborn comes from clearing a dungeon, from Wave Defence milestones and from Boss Raids. Every dungeon has its own Legendary weapons, its own armor set family, and from Enchanted Forest onward an Ultimate tier above Legendary.

From Pirate Island onward each dungeon drops one Legendary for melee builds and one for mage builds. Boss Raids is the exception with six.
Armor sets
Each dungeon drops a Warrior, Mage and Guardian version of its set. The families in order: Red Knight / Templar / Guardian (Desert Temple), Ice King's, Godly, Titan-forged, Glorious, Ancestral, Overlord's, Mythical, War-forged, Alien, Lava King's, Triton, Eldenbark, Valhalla. Gold per run
Gold scales steeply with dungeon tier. Two documented data points:

The x2 Gold gamepass doubles dungeon, Wave Defence, Boss Raid and daily reward gold, but not gold from selling items.
Getting more drops per run
- Extra Item gamepass adds one item to every dungeon clear, Wave Defence milestone and Boss Raid. Because gamepasses are bought with gold and their price rises every ten levels, this is worth buying early. Prices are on the VIP page.
- Wave Defence gives loot every 15 waves, which is a steady way to farm a specific dungeon's set without re-running the boss.
- Boss Raids at level 130 drop six different Legendaries and are the shortest runs in the game at three and a half minutes.
Cosmetic drops
Cosmetics do not drop from dungeons. They come from crates bought with gems: Rare (5K gems), Epic (7.5K) and Legendary (10K). Odds are on the cosmetics page.
