Dungeon Quest Reborn Legendaries: All 32 Legendary Weapons
Updated 2026-09-09 · Last verified 2026-09-09 · Roblox Dungeon Quest Reborn
Dungeon Quest Reborn has 32 Legendary weapons, one set per dungeon, plus four Ultimates in a rarity tier above Legendary. Desert Temple and Winter Outpost have a single Legendary each; from Pirate Island onward every dungeon drops one Legendary for melee builds and one for mage builds, with Boss Raids the exception at six.
This page is the consolidated list. For the same weapons ranked by power see the tier list; for armor sets, gold and everything else a dungeon hands you see drops.
Every Legendary by dungeon
Insane and Nightmare share the same Legendary list, so the difficulty you pick changes the gold and the fight, not the weapon pool.
| Dungeon | Melee Legendary (Warrior) | Mage Legendary | Ultimate above it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Desert Temple | Desert Fury | — | — |
| Winter Outpost | Crystalized Greatsword | — | — |
| Pirate Island | Soulstealer Greatsword | Staff of the Gods | — |
| King's Castle | Beastmaster War Scythe | Beastmaster Spell Scythe | — |
| The Underworld | Dual Phoenix Daggers | Phoenix Greatstaff | — |
| Samurai Palace | Sakura Katana | Sakura Greatstaff | — |
| The Canals | Overlord's Rageblade | Overlord's Manablade | — |
| Ghastly Harbor | Kraken Slayer | Sea Serpent's Wings | — |
| Steampunk Sewers | Inventor's Greatsword | Inventor's Spellblade | — |
| Boss Raids | Dual Bioforged Drills, Dual Godforged Blades, Twisted Wood Greatsword | Hextech Overloaded Staff, Godforged Greatstaff, Twisted Wood Greatstaff | — |
| Orbital Outpost | Galactic Dual Blades | Galactic Pike | — |
| Volcanic Chambers | Lava King's Warscythe | Lava King's Spell Daggers | — |
| Aquatic Temple | Sea King's Trident | Sea King's Greatstaff | — |
| Enchanted Forest | Eldenbark Greatsword | Eldenbark Greatstaff | Eden's Vengeance (Warrior), Eden's Reaper (Mage) |
| Northern Lands | Mjolnir | Gungnir | Hofund (Warrior), Laevattein (Mage) |
Two names cause confusion. There is no weapon called Ice King Great Sword: Winter Outpost's Legendary is the Crystalized Greatsword, and the Ice King's Warrior, Mage and Guardian set is the armor from the same dungeon. And Northern Lands' mage Ultimate is written Laevattein on the community wiki, but you will also see it spelled Laevateinn; it is one weapon, not two. Level gates for every dungeon on the list are on the dungeon list.
Legendary versus Ultimate
This is the part most searches for "legendaries" are actually after, because the two tiers are easy to mix up.
Legendary is the top rarity in 13 of the 15 loot sources above. Every dungeon in the game has one for melee and, from Pirate Island onward, one for mage. If you are farming any dungeon from Desert Temple through Aquatic Temple, the Legendary is the best thing that dungeon can give you.
Ultimate is a separate rarity that sits one tier above Legendary. It exists in exactly two places. Enchanted Forest, added on 18 July 2026, was the first dungeon with Ultimate weapons, and Northern Lands, added on 31 August 2026, followed with its own pair. Those two dungeons still drop their normal Legendaries as well, so an Ultimate is not a replacement for the dungeon's Legendary; it is a rarer prize that sits above it.
| Legendary | Ultimate | |
|---|---|---|
| Where it exists | Every dungeon, plus Boss Raids | Enchanted Forest and Northern Lands only |
| How many | 32 | 4 |
| Per lane | 1 melee and 1 mage per dungeon | 1 melee and 1 mage per dungeon |
| Also drops the dungeon's Legendary? | n/a | Yes, both tiers drop in the same dungeon |
| Difficulty needed | Insane or Nightmare, same list on both | Insane or Nightmare, same list on both |
| Top of the meta | Eldenbark and Mjolnir / Gungnir | Eden's Vengeance and Eden's Reaper |
One quirk of that ladder is worth knowing before you plan a grind. Enchanted Forest's Ultimates out-damage Northern Lands' Ultimates on raw numbers even though Northern Lands is the newer dungeon. Eden's Vengeance and Eden's Reaper are the ceiling for their lanes, and Hofund and Laevattein sit just below them. So the Ultimates you camp for are the older pair. Details on the tier list.
The Boss Raids exception
Every dungeon follows the one-melee-one-mage rule except Boss Raids, which drops six Legendaries: Dual Bioforged Drills, Dual Godforged Blades and the Twisted Wood Greatsword for Warriors, and the Hextech Overloaded Staff, Godforged Greatstaff and Twisted Wood Greatstaff for Mages.
Boss Raids unlocks at level 130 on Nightmare and replaces the dungeon with a single boss per run, drawn from six: Fusion Goliath, Robot Gladiator, Gilded Dragon, Golden Golem, Earth Golem and Ancient Stone Guardian. Runs are capped at three and a half minutes, the shortest in the game, so this is the densest Legendary-per-minute source available. There are 30 tiers; beating a tier gives you the key to the next, and failing one loses that key unless you already hold a higher-tier key.
Boss Raids has no Ultimate. The Ultimate tier is a dungeon feature and starts at Enchanted Forest.
Are Legendaries actually worth chasing?
Only inside their own bracket. In this game weapon power is decided almost entirely by which dungeon the weapon drops from, which means a plain common drop from the newest dungeon beats a Legendary from three dungeons back. A Steampunk Sewers Legendary is a fine level-120 weapon and dead weight at 150.
The practical rules that follow from that:
- Always run the highest dungeon you can enter. Its regular drops beat the Legendaries you are still farming below it.
- Chase your current dungeon's Legendary only until the next dungeon opens. Then stop and move up.
- Enchanted Forest is the exception. Its Ultimates stay best in slot even after Northern Lands unlocks, which is why it remains the most-farmed endgame dungeon.
- Pick a lane. Every dungeon gives one melee and one mage Legendary, so neither lane is starved, but splitting your farming across both doubles the grind for no gain.
For the regular drops that carry you between Legendaries, and the full weakest-to-strongest ordering inside Enchanted Forest, Northern Lands and Aquatic Temple, see the weapons page.
How to get more Legendaries per run
There is no luck stat or drop-rate multiplier documented in Dungeon Quest Reborn. What genuinely increases your Legendary count is volume of runs plus one gamepass:
- Extra Item gamepass. Adds one extra item to every dungeon clear, Wave Defence milestone and Boss Raid. Gamepasses are bought with gold and their price rises every ten levels, so it is much cheaper bought early.
- Wave Defence. Available on legacy Desert Temple through The Canals. Loot drops every 15 waves, which is a steadier way to farm one dungeon's pool without re-running its boss each time.
- Boss Raids. Six Legendaries in the pool and three-and-a-half-minute runs.
- Difficulty does not matter for the pool. Insane and Nightmare drop the same Legendaries. Nightmare pays more gold, and in Enchanted Forest it is also where the two S-tier ability buffs, Enhanced Inner Rage and Enhanced Inner Focus, drop.
Legendary weapons are not Legendary cosmetics
A large share of searches for Dungeon Quest Reborn legendaries are looking for cosmetics rather than weapons, and the two systems have nothing in common but the word.
| Legendary weapon | Legendary cosmetic | |
|---|---|---|
| Source | Dungeon clears, Wave Defence, Boss Raids | Legendary crate only |
| Cost | Free, it is a drop | 10,000 gems per crate |
| Odds | Not published | 15% per Legendary crate |
| Affects damage | Yes | No, purely visual |
| Boosted by Extra Item | Yes | No |
Cosmetics never drop from a dungeon. The Rare crate (5,000 gems) and Epic crate (7,500 gems) cannot produce a Legendary cosmetic at all, and the Legendary crate averages around 6.7 opens, roughly 67,000 gems, for one. Full odds table on the cosmetics page.
Still to be documented
Individual drop rates for Legendary weapons have never been published, and the full gear tables for Aquatic Temple and Northern Lands beyond the Legendaries listed above were still marked "to be added" on community wikis when this page was verified. Both are treated here as unknown rather than estimated, and this page is updated as they are confirmed.

Frequently asked questions
How many legendaries are there in Dungeon Quest Reborn?
Thirty-two Legendary weapons across the 14 dungeons plus Boss Raids, and four Ultimates above them. Desert Temple and Winter Outpost have one Legendary each. From Pirate Island onward every dungeon has two, one melee and one mage. Boss Raids is the exception with six, three per lane.
What is the difference between Legendary and Ultimate in Dungeon Quest Reborn?
Ultimate is a rarity one tier above Legendary, and it only exists in the two newest dungeons. Enchanted Forest drops Eden's Vengeance for Warriors and Eden's Reaper for Mages, and Northern Lands drops Hofund and Laevattein. Both of those dungeons still drop their normal Legendaries as well, so an Ultimate is a rarer prize inside a dungeon that already has a Legendary.
What is the best legendary in Dungeon Quest Reborn?
Among Legendaries proper, the Eldenbark Greatsword and Greatstaff from Enchanted Forest and Mjolnir and Gungnir from Northern Lands are the top picks, because weapon power is decided mostly by which dungeon a weapon drops from. Above all of them sit the Enchanted Forest Ultimates, Eden's Vengeance and Eden's Reaper. Full ranking on the tier list.
Are legendary items worth anything in Dungeon Quest Reborn?
Only within their own level bracket. A common drop from the newest dungeon beats a Legendary from three dungeons back, so a Legendary is worth chasing only until you can enter the next dungeon. The exception is Enchanted Forest, whose Ultimates are worth camping even after Northern Lands opens.
How do you get legendaries in Dungeon Quest Reborn?
Clear the dungeon that drops the one you want, on Insane or Nightmare. Both difficulties share the same Legendary list. The Extra Item gamepass adds one extra item to every dungeon clear, Wave Defence milestone and Boss Raid, and Wave Defence hands out loot every 15 waves. No luck or drop-rate multiplier is documented in the game beyond Extra Item.
Are Legendary cosmetics the same as Legendary weapons?
No. Legendary weapons drop from dungeons. Legendary cosmetics are purely visual and never drop from a dungeon at all: they come only from the 10,000-gem Legendary crate, on a 15% roll. The two share a rarity name and nothing else.
